Step-by-step manual
You can top up your balance by sending MYTH from your Polkadot wallet, such as SubWallet or Talisman.
In order to do so, you need to choose "External wallet" among the payment methods.
Currently, only web extensions are supported, but in the future you'd be able to use mobile app wallets as well.
Once you choose the external wallet, its extension will open up requesting permission to connect the wallet.
If permitted, the app will then create a transaction and request your signature:
Once approved, your external wallet will send MYTH to your Mythical Marketplace account. Once completed, the checkout page will inform you about the result and update the balance accordingly.
Can I send MYTH from Metamask?
No, only Polkadot wallets are supported. If you have MYTH on Ethereum, you'd need to transfer it to a Polkadot-compatible wallet using the snowbridge.
What if I have multiple accounts on my external wallet?
Your initial choice of account within a wallet will be remembered by Mythical Marketplace. If you need to switch to another account within the same wallet, you have to revoke the website access. You can do it in your wallet settings - for instance, in SubWallet there is a specialized menu section "Website access". By toggling off access from "pay.mythical.market" you will revoke the previously created connection.
Once access is revoked, you'd need to connect the wallet once again - this time using a different account.
