How can I withdraw the earnings from the trades in the marketplace?

You now have two ways to withdraw the funds from any sale you performed on the marketplace. You can continue to send MYTH to your connected Uphold account, or you can use methods to receive fiat currency of your country directly, based on the current MYTH exchange rate.

What fiat withdrawal methods do you support?

The methods vary by region. At the start of the process, select your country to see the available methods. Some methods available include: ACH deposit to banks, SEPA deposit to banks, mailed check, PayPal, etc.

The fees and the minimums also vary by payment method, so make sure to check those out.

What regions are eligible for fiat payouts? 

Starting on October 3, we will begin to roll out availability to some users in New York and California, then other states and countries.

Why is my fiat withdrawal taking so long?

Bank systems unfortunately are not as instant as blockchains, so fiat withdrawals can take days to weeks based on payment methods and location. 

Why do you need to know in which country I’m located?

Payout methods are different in different countries. At the start of the process, input the country in which your bank is located. Using a wrong country for a bank will result in a failed payout. Selecting a country different from one’s own to have other payout methods available will result in failed payouts.

Does withdrawing fiat require me to have an Uphold account?

No, though you will have to provide your payment coordinates in order to get paid out.

I want to change my fiat payout method, how do I do that?

As part of the flow you will be asked which fiat payout system you want to be used (in case your region has different ways to be paid out). If you had entered information for one payout system, then you can use that again without having to input more information. If instead you want to change to another one, all your previous saved payment information will be lost, given Mythical does not store any payment or payout information. It all goes through our partners.

Why are fees so high?

Our payout partners charge fees since they need to cover costs for exchanging MYTH to fiat and to send fiat funds out. Different payout methods have different fees in different geographies, so make sure to check out the different fees before selecting a payout method.

Why do I need to input my payout information again?

I you have completed a fiat payout in the past, you will be able to use the same payout type again without including new information. However, if you select another payout method all the past information will be lost and you’ll have to input it again.

Why can’t I withdraw all my balance?

You can only withdraw funds that you have earned through selling items in the marketplace. Funds deposited for offers need to be used for offers or to buy listings. Due to security and anti fraud reasons, it is not possible to withdraw funds that you have deposited directly.
